What are your office hours? Office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Sometimes I need to reach my Territory Manager right away... is there any way to reach them other than voicemail? All Territory Managers all carry cell phones.  Anyone in the office can locate your sales rep expediently. Our voice mail system also calls Territory Managers to alert them of new messages.
Occasionally when I call your office, I get an automated attendant, even though it is during normal business hours.  What's the deal? Due to call volume, occasionally the voicemail system will handle overflow calls.  When you reach the automated attendant, please dial 205.  If no one is available, you will be directed to customer service voicemail; our customer service department will be alerted of your message as soon as a representative is available.
Should I place orders directly with the manufacturer? or through Stockdale Co., LLC? Many customers place orders directly with our manufacturers;  however, some customers are more comfortable with us handling orders for them.  Any way you order is fine with us, as long as you don't order from our competitors!
If I place orders with you, should I call, fax or e-mail them to you? We prefer that orders be faxed or e-mailed to our main office at 419-885-8124 or custserve@stockdaleco.com so we have a hard copy to double check in the rare event there is a problem with the order. Either way is fine with us, as long as you don't order from our competitors!
How can I get set up to purchase from a new manufacturer? Contact our customer service department at 419-885-2497 or by e-mail at custserve@stockdaleco.com to request a credit application.
Who should I contact and what information do you need in order to process a  bid request? Please fax or e-mail your bid requests to our main office at 419-885-8124 or custserve@stockdaleco.com. Manufacturers require that we provide them with the bid cover sheet (e.g. showing the consuming authority, bid opening and effective dates).  Any previous year re-cap information is also helpful.

Who should I contact for special into-stock pricing? Special into-stock pricing requests should be directed to our customer service department at 419-885-2497 or by e-mail at  custserve@stockdaleco.com.

I see that everyone has Email addresses, does anyone ever read their Email? Stockdale Co., LLC uses e-mail as a primary form of communication.  All personnel check e-mail throughout the day. Rest assured that your e-mail messages will be read and responded to.
