Manufacturer orders: should be faxed or emailed: 419-885-8124 or orders@stockdaleco.com. Please also be advised you may need to fill out a Credit Application Form if you are not currently set up with the manufacturer you wish to place an order for.

Bid requests: Manufacturers require that we provide them with the bid cover sheet (e.g. showing the consuming authority, bid opening and effective dates).  Any previous year re-cap information is also helpful. All bid requests must be received in our office at least five (5) business days prior to the date you need bid pricing returned.  Our office must be notified of items/bids awarded to your company.
