| What are your office hours? | Office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. |
| Sometimes I need to reach my Territory Manager right away... is there any way to reach them other than voicemail? | All Territory Managers carry cell phones and our office can reach them. If you need immediate assistance, the Sales Assistant for your Territory Manager can assist you. Any message left in voice mail automatically calls them to alert them of new messages. |
| Why do I occasionally get an automated attendant when I call your office during normal business hours? | Due to call volume, occasionally our phone system will handle overflow calls. If the automated attendant answers you will be directed to the Inside Sales department voicemail; we will be alerted of your message as soon as someone is available. |
| Should I place orders directly with the manufacturer? or through Stockdale Co., LLC? | Many customers place orders directly with manufacturer; however, some customers are more comfortable with us handling orders for them. We follow-up on all orders placed with our office to get an order acknowledgement. Any way you order is fine with us, as long as you don't order from our competitors! |
| If I place orders with you, should I fax or e-mail them to you? | Orders must be faxed or e-mailed to our main office at 419-885-8124 or orders@stockdaleco.com so we have a hard copy to double check in the rare event there is a problem with the order. Either way is fine with us, as long as you don't order from our competitors! |
| How can I get set up to purchase from a new manufacturer? | Contact our Inside Sales department at 419-885-2497 or by e-mail at custserve@stockdaleco.com to request a credit application. Or you can download a credit application from our home page. |
| Who should I contact and what information do you need in order to process a bid request? | Fax or e-mail your bid requests to our main office at 419-885-8124 or sales@stockdaleco.com. Manufacturers require that we provide them with the bid cover sheet (e.g. showing the consuming authority, bid opening and effective dates). Any previous year re-cap information is also helpful. All bid requests must be received in our office at least five (5) business days prior to the date you need bid pricing returned and our office must be notified of items/bids awarded to your company. |
